Coaching Session + Self-Tape

Service Description

With 5+ years of Script Analysis and experience auditioning for all forms of media (TV/Film/Commercial/Theater), Michael has gained an immense amount of knowledge regarding character work and using what limited information and time you might have to put together a strong, specific, and dynamic audition piece. Does your character only have two lines? Let's make sure we know why those are the only things that need to be said. Is there a monologue that you have no context for? Let's analyze the text and character relationships to parse together why you're giving this speech. Whatever the material, Michael will go step-by-step, line-by-line to make sure all choices are connected, grounded, and most of all, choices that you personally believe in making as an actor. Once that work is done, we'll proceed to filming the material and having a self-tape ready to amaze. If after the coaching session, you desire more time to work on the piece yourself before filming, a secondary self-taping session can be scheduled at a discounted rate. Please discuss with Michael if you don't feel ready to film right after the coaching.

Cancellation Policy

If something comes up and a cancellation is requested within the 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, please contact us and we will discuss possible alternatives (rescheduling, scheduling outside of regular hours, credit towards future session, etc.) Please note that once an appointment is within 3 hours of occurring, all received payments are final. Even if appointment is rescheduled for a later date/time, payment will still be considered final and non-refundable. This is to prevent last-minute cancellations and cover costs from lost opportunities for other clients that may have utilized that timeslot.
